OASIS Adult Day Services

OASIS provides the following basic services included in the daily rate for all participants:

Individualized Plan of Care

Professional Nursing Consultation

Planned Daily Activities

Recreational Therapy

Social Services

Supervision and Assistance with Activities of Daily Living

Medication Administration

One Meal and Two Snacks Daily

**Services may vary according to each participants individual plan of care

In addition, the following services can be provided or arranged at an additional charge:

Bathing
Shampoo/Hair Care
Physical Therapy
Occupational Therapy
Speech Therapy

The following special programs are also available for the participants at OASIS:

Specialized art and music therapy
Specialized exercise program for participants
Special musical groups and other special events
Monthly support group for caregivers
Special informational groups and programs for caregivers
